The concentration of monuments and history in Umbria is quite exceptional. The main attraction are its major art centres and picturesque hilltop towns. Umbria boasts some of Italy’s finest villages. Recent restauration has turned some of them into hidden gems of the Middle Ages.

But this cultural heritage is preserved in an authentic natural context. The title of “Green heart of Italy” is not a coincidence as you will understand looking at the surrounding countryside.
